The Sr, Director Pricing will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Learning Care Group’s pricing strategy across all schools. This role is responsible for setting tuition rate methodology, guiding discounting practices, and building models to maximize total revenue and revenue per enrollment. The Sr. Director will oversee a team responsible for setting prices, analysis, testing, and reporting and will work cross-functionally with field operations, marketing, and Finance to ensure pricing strategies align with market dynamics and school-level realities.

Minimum Job Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or FP&A with strong focus on pricing strategy required.5+ years’ experience leading pricing functions in multi-unit services or subscription-based business (childcare, early education, healthcare, fitness, hospitality, or similar fields) required.
Skills and Abilities Qualifications :
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and internal teams.Exceptional ability to communicate with executive presence, communicate, and present to a variety of stakeholders including Board Members, Executives, and Private Equity sponsors.
