As the Senior Director of Digital Product Management for Gartner Peer Insights you will lead a team of product managers working in partnership with peer business, design, engineering and business technology insight leaders to deliver innovation and value across our End User-facing digital product experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers owning the End-User product experience (i.e. survey, reader, search, etc..)
• Partner with stakeholders, including senior Gartner business leaders, Business Technology Insights, Product, Software Engineering and more to deliver high value products/feature to our clients and non-client users
• Jointly develop and own roadmaps, in conjunction with business and engineering leaders
• Iterate on, enhance and own ongoing end user feedback loop to inform product roadmap
• You will lead the implementation of a lean product approach to product development where you and the team strive for early validated learnings that lead to shorter cycle times for delivering client value.
