Description
As a Senior Program Director here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading a defense original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customer business team (CBT) and day-to-day business activities.  You will lead a team of customer platform program managers that manage production / sustainment contracts and lead customer funded development programs. You will ensure that the business portfolio meets its Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for all financial metrics. You will play a critical role in driving the execution and strategic growth of the business by developing and executing comprehensive customer business plans to maximize customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions to the customer.  You will be responsible for the overall OEM customer relationship. You are responsible for overall proposal strategy and negotiations in the portfolio. You will have oversight of all platform development program execution and ensure the contract cost, schedule and technical requirements are met. Your team will ensure that all orders are successfully entered and that the organization meets the customer’s production requirements. You will be familiar with customer aircraft platforms, Honeywell content, and capabilities.  In doing so, you will understand the business and competitive environment and will be able to identify and develop platform growth strategies and business opportunities.    As a people leader at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and supporting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company.
