As Oracle continues its rapid growth, our team is focused on optimizing and streamlining key business processes to drive efficiency and scalability across the organization. In this high-impact role, you’ll identify, scope, and deliver improvement initiatives by partnering with stakeholders across the enterprise. You’ll collaborate closely with Oracle product management teams, service teams, global business practices, and corporate functions to transform how we approach problems and operate. Further, this position is part of a new function, with opportunity to define, establish, and implement innovative approaches, including leveraging AI to assess performance.
