We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated ability to lead by influence with a record of successfully delivering modern, large-scale, complex services and products. This is accomplished by leading multiple large diverse technical teams at all levels and closely collaborate with program and product teams.
Your mission is to provide hands-on leadership to multiple development teams and build a world-class team of engineers. The focus is on defining, executing, and delivering functional and non-functional features at scale quickly and promoting a diverse culture of cross-functional collaboration and engineering excellence. As a Senior Director in Acceptance Solutions, you will pave the way for our most important asset, our engineering teams, to deliver amazing features of the highest quality. You will be working with colleagues, who will help, support and challenge you every day.
You will actively collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Program Management, Development, and Platform Architecture teams to guide and provide leadership. You maintain awareness of dependencies between projects and delivery vision, while ensuring engineering excellence to the six nines. Essential Functions
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
