The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using .NET technologies, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Analyze business and system requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework. Delegate tasks and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues. Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with databases. Work closely with frontend teams using Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies. Deploy applications and support production releases. Upgrade, enhance, and refactor existing systems for improved performance and maintainability. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and delivery timelines. Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint ceremonies. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–6 years of relevant experience in .NET development. Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET Framework. Hands-on experience with Angular and frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3). Solid experience with SQL Server, database design, and performance tuning. Strong knowledge of Entity Framework. Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs. Familiarity with Git for version control. Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good to Have Experience with Azure cloud services. Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks. Experience in CI/CD pipelines. Additional Requirements Must be comfortable working from office 5 days a week. Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata. Strong communication skills are mandatory due to stakeholder interaction.
