Registered Civil Engineer; Master's or Doctoral Degree in related field is an added advantage. Experience as Sr. Hydraulic Engineer or equivalent or higher capacity in the feasibility study of preferably one (1) road/ bridge project. Preferably with experience as Drainage Engineer/Hydrologist with international consulting firm or international organization/ agency or international financing institution involving preferably one road/bridge infrastructure project. Attendance to trainings relevant to the assignment or position. Experience of at least three (3) years in consulting services of any road/bridge infrastructure projects.
