Description Job Title: Sr. E-Commerce Graphic Designer Location: Pine Brook, New Jersey Department: Marketing (E-Commerce) Reports to: Director of Marketing FLSA Status: Exempt, Full Time Job Description: The Senior E-Commerce Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-impact visual assets that support MaxLite’s digital commerce strategy. This role blends strong design fundamentals with hands-on execution across product imagery, digital merchandising, and brand-driven creative for e-commerce platforms. The Senior E-Commerce Graphic Designer plays a key role in strengthening the MaxLite brand and supporting revenue growth by delivering compelling, conversion-focused visual assets across e-commerce platforms. This role will actively advise the e-commerce team on visual strategy, offering design recommendations to improve customer experience and increase sales. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Elevate the MaxLite brand across digital and e-commerce channels by creating compelling, conversion-focused visual assets that support customer engagement and revenue growth Design and produce high-quality digital assets for e-commerce platforms, including product imagery, lifestyle graphics, banners, and promotional content Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to execute creative concepts from ideation through final production, ensuring brand consistency and visual accuracy Create photo-realistic images and visual enhancements using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to support digital merchandising and product presentation Partner closely with the e-commerce team to provide visual insights, recommendations, and ongoing feedback that enhance the customer experience and drive increased sales performance Support product photography efforts, including photo editing, retouching, and asset optimization for e-commerce use Stay current on lighting industry trends, design best practices, and emerging AI tools to continuously improve e-commerce visuals and performance Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements What We Look For: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Graphic Design or related field 10+ years’ of progressive experience in marketing, graphic design, or e-commerce, with demonstrated growth in scope, responsibility, and creative impact 5+ years’ experience with e-commerce platforms 2+ years’ experience in Lighting Industry preferred Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Knowledgeable in AI platforms’ (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc) graphic design features Experience executing product photography\ Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously We Offer: Competitive salary + bonus Growth opportunities Health benefits (medical, dental, vision, life & disability) Paid time off (sick, vacation, holidays) 401(k) w/ company match Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: This is an on-site position required to work out of our Pine Brook, NJ Headquarters, Monday through Friday, 5 days per week Must be able to commute to the work location Must be able to walk, talk, sit, stand, bend, listen, type, read Must be able to push, pull, lift up to 25 pounds on occasion Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
