Support the process of defining and aligning the assortment strategy for your markets. Analyze internal and external data (market, competition, customer), consolidate insights, monitor market developments, and work with functional counterparts on such analyses.
Drive alignment within the market team as well as the extended teams to support the implementation of market commercial initiatives.
End-to-end responsibility on high-priority projects/programs related to your markets: from briefing and creation of concepts, to presenting your findings to the local and functional leadership teams.
Based on market and local customer understanding, you will inform and drive strategic decisions in functions by pitching opportunities and taking them to prioritisation and execution processes.
Participate in cross-functional projects for your market and interact with local Commercial Planning, Pricing, Marketing, Social Media / Influencer Marketing, Supply, and other functions on an ongoing basis. WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
You have at least 5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketplaces. Experience working in the Spanish (or Portuguese) fashion industry is a big plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or equivalent with a proven track record in high-quality problem solving, project management and analysis in a previous role.
You’re able to take initiative, use good judgement, understand deadlines and carry multiple projects through to completion even with interruption.
You are versed in compiling strategy papers and presenting these to senior management.
Fluent written and oral English skills and excellent writing and communication skills. Ideally, you also speak either Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the online customer experience, drive sales, and optimize digital performance across key Southern European markets. By leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will tailor assortments and promotional strategies to meet local customer preferences. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to continuously refine our e-commerce approach and maximize growth opportunities.
