We’re presenting an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Ecommerce Product Manager to join our team! The Sr. Ecommerce Product Manager will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of the digital customer experience across NBF.com and Amazon Marketplace, owning key platforms like Magento and BloomReach. This role supports business growth by using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration to improve conversion rates, boost average order value, and enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle across NBF.com and Amazon Marketplace platforms
  • Define and execute the eCommerce product roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Manage and mentor a local team focused on UX, analytics, digital merchandising, and database management
  • Collaborate with global development teams to deliver high-performing digital solutions
  • Optimize key customer experience touchpoints including search, navigation, product pages, and checkout
  • Drive growth through data analysis, A/B testing, and performance tracking of KPIs like conversion rate and average order value
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to align initiatives
  • Promote agile methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Communicate progress, learnings, and strategic insights to internal and external stakeholder
