This position offers the opportunity to engage in a collaborative environment where you will make a personal impact every day.  GNC is seeking an experienced a Sr. eCommerce Subscription Specialist to lead and optimize our subscription programs, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience while driving retention and recurring revenue growth. This role will be responsible for managing the subscription lifecycle, identifying opportunities for program improvements, and partnering across teams to deliver best-in-class subscription solutions. What You’ll Do: This is a Full-Time Salary Position The Sr. eComm Subscription Specialist is responsible for driving online subscriptions. This role leads subscription revenue, testing, incentivization, reporting and analytics for gnc.com. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and experience in e-commerce and subscription platforms. * Maintain the subscription roadmap/priorities and JIRA tickets; define requirements, owners, and launch dates; QA every release. * Specify and evaluate tests across the website, subscription platform, and lifecycle marketing. * Align with key stakeholders, including leadership, eCommerce, marketing, finance, and project management/engineering. * Run structured tests on subscription incentives and churn mitigation initiatives (e.g., “Subscribe to Save Days,” subscribe more / save more, and churn prevention flows). * Track and improve KPIs: active subs, opt-in %, AOV/CLTV, save rate, dunning recovery, voluntary & involuntary churn. * Partner with CRM/Email/SMS to refresh welcome and win-back journeys, expand targeted offers to high-value segments, and optimize subscription reminder emails. * Additional duties as assigned.  Environmental Factors & Working Schedule: * Hybrid work environment, 2-3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely. * Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands or fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear * Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or related field. * 3+ years operating and scaling a DTC subscription program end-to-end (supplements strongly preferred). * Excellent cross-functional program management and crisp written/verbal communication. * Strong analytics and comfort with cohort analysis. * Platform fluency with Salesforce and Ordergroove (preferred).
