WebSan EDI365 is one of the industry’s best, feature rich, managed EDI solutions for Microsoft Business Central. Due to continual growth and expansion, WebSan is seeking a Senior EDI Specialist to join the team and expand this exciting product.
In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day administration, implementation, enhancement and support WebSan’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) services gateway for Microsoft Business Central customers.
You will be tasked with onboarding multiple clients with multiple trading partners in many industries. As well as providing day to day operational and technical support as needed and ongoing map and interface design, development and testing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage EDI inquiries, including new customer and trading partner onboarding, mapping, reporting, troubleshooting, and maintenance/updates
  • Analyze and interpret EDI specifications with precision and attention to detail
  • Conduct testing and debugging of EDI systems to ensure functionality and optimal performance
  • Develop new maps, integrations and SQL functions/views
  • Continuously assess WebSan’s existing EDI apps and infrastructure, recommending and implementing updates or enhancements to meet evolving business needs
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Support Team providing guidance and assistance with EDI related support cases submitted by customers
  • Take ownership of special projects when required
  • Other duties as required
