Performs resting electrocardiograms (EKGs) and places electrodes for holter and stress EKGs as assigned. Assists with the performance of holter and stress EKGs studies, which includes prepping and interviewing patients. Processes EKGs for interpretation. Monitors patients while they are undergoing tests. Processes various types of EKG data for physician interpretation. Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Other Completion of Electrocardiography Training program. Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree Required Experience General Experience in EKG, Stress and Holter studies Preferred Licenses Basic Life Support Preferred
