BIM MODELING & COORDINATION

• Develop, update, and manage detailed 3D electrical models in Revit (and other BIM tools) in compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve design conflicts and ensure clash-free models.
• Conduct and review clash detection reports using Navisworks or similar software.
• Ensure models are updated to reflect design changes and construction progress.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or equivalent platforms).
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems design (LV, ELV, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, etc.).
• Understanding of BIM standards, clash detection workflows, and coordination processes.
• Minimum 5–8 years relevant experience in MEP/BIM, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
