Summary
Delta Star Inc. is seeking a skilled and innovative Sr. Electrical Design Engineer to design and engineer medium voltage, mobile power transformers and mobile substations. If you’re passionate about creating cutting-edge designs, developing new rules, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer and industry requirements, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
As a Sr. Electrical Design Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in designing and engineering the electrical components of medium voltage, mobile power transformers and mobile substations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new design rules, address unique project requirements, and ensure bids and designs align with technical and customer expectations.
A Day in the Life
As a Sr. Electrical Design Engineer, you’ll use your expertise to design electrical components for transformers based on customer requirements and industry standards. You’ll analyze bid specifications to create tailored designs and develop new rules for designs that fall outside of our current product scope. Your role will include ensuring the accuracy and functionality of designs while contributing to innovative solutions that support Delta Star’s reputation for excellence.

Position Requirements
Must live or be willing to relocate to within a reasonable safe commute to the assigned plant location. Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer for U.S. based positions.
