Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ewing, NJ 0856

• Conduct PE and quality control (QC) reviews, offering both detailed and strategic feedback
• Design and review power distribution systems, motor control systems, and control schematics
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, project teams, and stakeholders
• Participate in design reviews and mentor junior engineers
• Oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Lead development of electrical design packages from initial concept to construction-ready documents
• Independently manage entire project lifecycles—scope, scheduling, and deliverables
