POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Sr. Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining safety and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to define project specifications and requirements.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Supervise and mentor project team members, including electricians and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess project status and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
  • Experience with various types of construction projects, including commercial, industrial, and public works.
  • Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) and local regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
