Role description: The Senior Email Marketing Specialist will be mainly responsible for the overall campaign delivery of global and regional email marketing campaigns, working closely with the regional Marcomms team and local GSSC OMC team. Role accountabilities: Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Project management and resourcing Owning and managing the email marketing calendars, making sure that there’s no overlap in the target audience Quality assurance and campaign approval check for own and other team members’ projects Lead bi-weekly regional discussions to implement regional email marketing campaigns Identify and provide suggestions to improve the current email marketing processes Generating email reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve email engagement on a campaign level Familiarity with creating Eloqua segments – to build marketing target audiences Marketing Automation Setting up and implementing simple and complex multi-step campaigns including but not limited to A/B tests, one-off, and nurture campaigns. Performing tests to identify errors and ensure email responsiveness & compatibility in all email clients for own projects Support user management and governance Support Team Lead in developing modules, guides, and workflows Project Initiation/Management Assist stakeholders in gathering, analyzing, and identifying campaign requirements; ability to gauge the complexity of the request Coordinate the work estimates and negotiate turnaround time within the team Ability to translate campaign requirements to identify Eloqua assets that are needed for production Provides status updates, raises issues encountered and adjusts the timeline as appropriate Ensure all required approvals/signoffs are received from stakeholders before the campaign launch Report/Analytics/Optimization Generate email and campaign engagement reports, present findings & insights, and provide suggestions for optimization Knowledge of using Oracle BI/Analyzer to support complex reporting requirements Support team lead in developing quarterly/annual reports Any other duties as assigned by the project manager/team lead Qualifications & Experience: Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any Business-related courses Job-Related Experience: 4-5 years of cumulative experience in email marketing and marketing automation Specific knowledge: Advanced knowledge in Marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred) Reporting/Analytics (Intermediate) HTML/CSS (Intermediate) Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver (Intermediate) Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Intermediate knowledge in Campaign Planning and Conceptualization Good understanding of email standards and privacy laws: SPF, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR Knowledge using Oracle Sales Cloud or Salesforce CRM/any sales management tool is a plus Skills: A keen eye for detail Positive team attitude towards work, good interpersonal skills Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Effective time management Strong prioritization and multitasking skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective project management skills Strong stakeholder management Why Arcadis?
