Responsibilities Develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and inquiries. Advise management on best practices for employee engagement and retention. Conduct investigations related to employee relations issues and recommend actions. Facilitate training sessions on employee relations topics for management and staff. Gather and analyze data related to employee satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment of employee relations strategies with organizational goals. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee relations or human resources. Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to mediate conflicts and negotiate resolutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data. Experience in developing training programs related to employee relations.
Responsibilities
