Where you come in: You will collaborate with Employee Relations colleague to provide guidance on new and existing regulatory and internal policies that impact Dexcom and its employees. You will partner with ER colleague, Global Employment Law and Compliance to ensure that the company and HR policy/guidelines comply with legal/regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will coach and consult on the interpretation and application of HR policy and guidelines across the employment life cycle in partnership You will develop resource tools to ensure consistent application of HR policy and guidelines. You will assist in the HR compliance programs to comply with legal guidelines and internal policies. You will investigate HR-related ethics and employee cases to ensure timely and thorough investigation and resolution of all issues You will ensure submission of regulatory requirements that impact HR You will participate in various regulatory and/or internal audits.
