Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Employer Branding Specialist, Pipeline Partnerships to join our dynamic team in Farmington Hills, United States. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust talent pipelines to support our organization’s growth and diversity initiatives.

  • Design and execute regional pipeline partnership strategy to engage target universities and key talent pipelines, including those focused on DEI, STEM, and government or state programs, to strengthen employer brand visibility and attract early-career and professional-level talent
  • Maintain regular understanding of the state of the business, talent needs (volume, functions, skillsets), market landscape, industry trends and best practices
  • Perform bi-annual, data-driven assessment of partnership lineup and align partnerships based on business (staffing) needs
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key pipelines and execute all aspects of strategically relevant events reaching target talent
  • Partner with focus educational institutions to support curriculum development in relevant functional areas
  • Design framework and enable business to leverage partnerships and events supporting local hiring needs
  • Develop and maintain immersive Metaverse experiences for events that showcase Bosch’s culture, Employer Value Proposition, and portfolio.
  • Design brand-compliant marketing materials to advertise Bosch as an employer
  • Identify KPI to track the success of partnership programs and initiatives and regularly share with key stakeholders
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs and organizational priorities

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience in HR or marketing, with a focus on brand awareness and partnership development
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive marketing success
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills to support internal communication, reporting and relationship building with key stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years driving talent acquisition or brand strategy for developing pipelines
  • Digital marketing expertise with a proficiency in event management, content creation, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools
  • Adaptable to change and willingness to pivot based on changing business needs
  • Able to travel up to 40%
