Description

Serves as a primary technical resource and subject-matter expert supporting the Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) environment. This role configures, maintains, and troubleshoots WorkSpace One, Microsoft Intune, and/or Jamf, develops automation scripts, supports mobile and workstation endpoints, and collaborates with multiple organizations to manage the full lifecycle of endpoint devices. Position requires on-site support. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: · Configure and maintain WorkSpace One, Intune, and/or Jamf device management platforms. · Troubleshoot UEM-related issues, including compliance, enrollment, policy failures, and device connectivity. · Develop, write, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate system management, deployments, data exports, and reporting. · Create knowledge and technical documentation for Tier I, II, and III teams. · Provide mobile device, hardware, and software installation support. · Assist in developing user documentation and installation procedures. · Serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint issues requiring advanced technical expertise. · Work closely with the engineering teams to support ongoing UEM modernization initiatives. · Support IT projects, including zero-touch deployment workflows, ABM token renewals, OS upgrade readiness, and device lifecycle strategy. · Interact professionally with personnel during high-visibility or emergency support scenarios.
