This role is critical to overseeing the daily administration and compliance of corporate credit agreements in the renewable energy sector. Your contributions will support dynamic utility-scale energy storage projects and align with corporate objectives. By ensuring accurate reconciliations and strategic financial planning, you will help the company innovate and grow in the renewable energy landscape. Your work will play a significant role in fostering sustainable infrastructure and improving the company’s operational efficiency. \n Accountabilities Administer corporate credit agreements, ensuring compliance and effective lender communication. Prepare compliance certificates and support quarterly and annual debt disclosures. Calculate and record interest on development-stage projects according to policies. Manage bank accounts and ensure KYC compliance, overseeing letters of credit. Review credit facility documents and assist in evaluating refinancing options. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred. 5–7+ years in corporate finance, treasury, or accounting with focus on corporate debt management. Strong knowledge of credit agreements and GAAP accounting for debt and interest capitalization. Proficient in ERP systems and advanced skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
