The incumbent will identify ways to streamline IT processes and improve the quality of customer services. Excellent customer service and communication skills are critical for this position. The incumbent must be resilient and flexible in response to a rapidly growing organization with changing business needs and able to champion change. The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. The Senior Financial Systems Engineer is expected to deliver a high level of customer service, understand the business challenges of our customers, and demonstrate strong and effective communication skills.
