QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:

• Typically requires a STEM University Degree or equivalent experience with 5 years of experience in controls engineering or automation engineering
• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
• Experience with Rockwell PLCs, HMIs and the accompanying software
• Fanuc Robotics experience
• Machine vision experience
• Experience creating electrical schematics per NRTL guidelines
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret DoD U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date

QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Keyence, Cognex, iRVision experience
• Structured text experience
• CORE certification

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Initial triage and recovery of faults on 15+ pieces of custom robotics around the factory
• Continuously improve and troubleshoot automation systems, primarily on Robotics, PLCs, Automated Guided Vehicles, and Vision Systems
• Integrate and manage spares inventory for active and upcoming systems
• Manage service contracts and preventative maintenance of custom robotics
• Create electrical schematics for internally developed applications
• Liaise with manufacturing engineering and operators to understand and resolve issues
