Responsibilities & Key Deliverables 1) Understand electrical architecture of HEV/EV2) Conceptualization, Layout, Design and Development of HEV/EV Lithium Ion Battery pack3) Know-how and understanding on BEV layouts4) Know-how on technical details of BMS, DVP specification to suppliers for Battery & E-Drive components/systems 5) Understand Control algorithms such as battery controls, battery SOC, SOH estimations, cell balancing, battery life optimization, safety related controls, configuration of BMS, cell characterization, energy calculation, thermal management6) Understanding of the ISO 26262 compliance for BMS, DFMEA7) Functional Testing, System/Component Benchmarking8) Coordination with other design departments/ suppliers & related agencies for design and development Activities 9) Calibration – having exposure to work on Calibration tools like INCA, Vector tools.10) Basic Vehicle system knowledge and E&E aggregates in the vehicle - EV associated systems like DC-DC converter, On board charger.
