Description
Provide expert-level technical support for CRM applications (both in-house and cloud-based), with a focus on user experience and performance in China. Investigate and resolve issues related to application performance, access, and responsiveness specific to China-based users. Support testing and validation of CRM applications from China to ensure functionality and performance meet expectations. Collaborate with infrastructure, network teams, cloud vendor to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, latency or component loading issues. Establish performance benchmarks for CRM applications accessed from China, and use them to monitor trends and identify deviations. Ensure alignment with global CRM teams while addressing local technical needs. Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Software Engineering, Computer Science or IT related fields 5+ years of experience in technical support or application maintenance, ideally in enterprise web applications. Experience with both in-house developed web applications (based on.NET or Java) and SaaS such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Vendavo etc. Experience with performance monitoring/alert tools, log analysis, and incident management. Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving performance issues,including Network latency and regional access challenges, client-siderendering delays and browser compatibility, CDN-related issues such as missing or delayed loading of libraries or static assets. Ability to troubleshoot component-level failures, such as third-party integrations, authentication flows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability towork independently as well as cross-functionally.
