Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Hardware Engineer with proven expertise in hardware design, testing, and validation. The role demands strong collaboration skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, techniques, and processes throughout the product development cycle.As part of a dynamic hardware engineering team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of a diverse range of products, from low-volume bespoke solutions to high-volume production designs. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced mix of experience in both analogue and digital hardware design, ensuring robust and innovative solutions that meet project objectives. The candidate in this position will be responsible to: Design and develop new products in compliance with required standards and customer-specific requirements. Capture, define, and manage design requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Lead/ support verification and validation activities for new product designs. Apply best practices in Design to Cost, Design for Manufacture, and Design for Test to ensure efficiency and quality. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Firmware, Software, and Mechanical engineering, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders. Identify potential risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies Good understanding on Product Certification Standards (IEC/UL) Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture that drives innovation and results. A background in Design for Six Sigma methodologies would be highly advantageous. Education - B.E/B.Tech in any one of Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering Experience - 5 to 7 years Board-level design and development for complex electronic systems Strong foundation in analogue and digital electronics End-to-end hardware design lifecycle management Skilled in component selection for performance, reliability, and cost optimisation Proficient in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting hardware designs Experience in microcontroller-based design and embedded systems High-speed design experience is considered a strong advantage Drive for Results, Passionate, Collaborative, Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed & with Digital Mindset
