As a Fab 16 Production engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will supervise, manage and lead a team of operators to meet production schedules, production standards, and operational costs to achieve production goals. You are responsible for setting clear expectations, providing continual performance feedback and outlining improvement plans. You will foster teamwork, trust and employee engagement, recognize and reward outstanding performance, as well as ensure the training necessary to achieve site objectives is conducted and supported. In addition, you will need to establish clear and strong lines of communication and engagement with peers, customers, eventual reports and management in a professional manner. This role is also expected to proactively work to reduce quality-related deviations and ensure the highest quality wafer possible is produced. You will oversee day-to-day performance of a work unit that performs moderately complex tasks and you will also work closely with management, engineering, and personnel to meet company goals.
