Description

Main Tasks Control domestic and imported stock, maintaining allowed tolerance limits, assuring production supplying. Apply and control costs and expenses plan within responsibility area, prioritizing expenses needs, following up allowances use, to better apply financial resources. Assure achievement of levels set in area indicators. Participate of meetings with superiors and peers, presenting results and indicators of their responsibility area, suggesting and discussing improvements manners, to effectively assure that expected results are achieved and exceeded. KANBAN items management, assuring production pulling. Develop tools and methodologies, focusing on planning best performance. Obsolete items stock management, carrying out analysis of materials use in other products, contacting sales, production, purchasing and engineering areas, checking items list, to minimize stock. Stocks management through PPCP (Plan for Each Part) methodology. Interact with quality, production and sales areas, exchanging information, to identify better alternatives to meet internal and external needs, focusing on customer. Coordinate personnel, following up processes and people management, giving feedback and training them, communicating required and important information for works execution, in order to maintain team motivated, sharing new management concepts with team members, to maintain them motivated and stimulate them to actively participate and achieve goals. Your Profile Bachelor/ Diploma in Engineering with 7-9 years of Exp (Mechanical/ Automobile Stream) preferred Has exp. of working in Automotive Tier-1 organization, MNC experience preferred Has hands-on experience as Material Planning & Procurement forTier-1 Automotive Organization. This position is individual contributor role and will report to Manager Material Planning (Domestic & Import). Skills Experience Team Player & Peer Leadership Skills Familiar with required production processes and working processes (e.g. Media pleating, plastic injection molding, Plastic welding, assembly) Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001, requirements Hands-on Experience in Production 4M Planning, MRP run in SAP, material Scheduling follow-up, Suppliers Coordination Domestic Material Planning in coordination of Tier-2/1 suppliers/ vendors Import Planning process handling for European Countries & China (Preferred) Proficient to use Microsoft Office tools, SAP - MM & PP Module Sourcing & Vendor Acquisition is not part of this role.
