Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support, troubleshoot and optimize enterprise applications, prioritizing user satisfaction and system reliability
  • Be the technical owner for enterprise applications (such as Banner and PBCS) and influence operational and tactical decisions around these applications to best serve the organization
  • Act as a liaison between departments to gather business requirements and convert them into detailed technical specifications
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to integrate applications and drive efficiencies
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and impactful results
  • Assign project tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Assist with the efforts to evaluate, select and implement new technologies to enhance applications, where necessary
  • Provides data‐driven insights to assist team managers and business stakeholders
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve business processes and drive efficiencies
  • Regularly review and update application controls, and support audits and risk assessments
  • Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on application(s) usage including training, when required
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure optimal utilization of applications
  • Offer operational and tactical solutions to the business
  • Achieve outcomes that meet with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and adhere to business deadlines
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, issues, fixes, and enhancements
  • Manage offshore resources to ensure timely deliverables

What you should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Applications or Business Analytics
  • Required experience in Oracle PBCS
  • Strong understanding of financial systems such Banner
  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise applications and integrations
  • Ability to rephrase business requirements to technical requirements and vice versa
  • Experience with a wide array of cloud-based tools, including Asana and ServiceNow
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to initiate and drive projects proactively and accurately with a large, diverse team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Previous experience managing employees is a plus
  • Multifamily and/or Finance experience is a plus
