Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: $156,000- $166,000 per year
Location: 13620 N. FM 620, Building C, 200, Austin, TX 78717
Telecommuting: 70% telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the US
Travel: 5% domestic travel required
JOB DUTIES: Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow platform. Build and maintain applications, modules, and workflows within ServiceNow platform. Actively support configuration management of code and software. Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, applications, and databases, using web services, REST, SOAP APIs. Support detailed documentation of systems and features. Conduct unit, system, and integration testing to ensure quality and stability of created solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects as they arise. Actively participate in coding exercises and peer code reviews as part of the development life cycles and change management. Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
Alternatively, Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation in which the required experience was gained.

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE IN EACH THE FOLLOWING:

  • ServiceNow platform;
  • ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript and Glide API) and development tools;
  • Web development technologies HTML, CSS, XML, AngularJS, and RESTful APIs; and
  • IT service management processes and best practices.
