Description
Maintain ISO Class 1-6 cleanroom standards, managing temperature, humidity, pressure differentials, and particle control. Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including chillers, AHUs, FFUs, CDA, exhaust systems, and power distribution. Implement HVAC energy-saving strategies such as VFD control, heat recovery, and system optimization. Coordinate multi-functional projects involving process, equipment, construction, and ESG departments. Drive TPM and 3R (Right Tool, Right Quantity, Right Location) initiatives for efficient operation. Established track record in managing cleanroom environments. Proficient understanding of MEP/HVAC systems and energy-efficient tactics. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multi-functional teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a TOEIC score above 750. Experience in developing SOPs, training materials, and conducting technical workshops. Expertise in airflow simulation (CFD) and contamination prevention. Proficient in preventive maintenance and equipment lifecycle management. Skilled in project planning and government permit coordination. Enthusiastic about guiding engineers and sharing experiences and knowledge. Active involvement in ESG projects and energy conservation programs.
