Engage with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning. Work with various departments to meet enterprise needs and strategic goals. Represent engineering in executive discussions and external forums. Requirements Proven experience leading large engineering teams in a distributed setting. Strong technical credibility in architecture and engineering quality. Experience in building scalable frontend and backend systems. Hands-on experience modernizing applications into modular architectures. Background in developing design systems for product and platform collaboration. Familiarity with AI in product development and workflows. Effective communication skills in a remote, documentation-heavy culture.
