You'll play a critical part in driving innovation and operational excellence within a globally distributed and collaborative environment. \n Accountabilities Build and lead the Infrastructure Automation team of 5 engineers. Define and execute the AI automation strategy and roadmap. Lead the development of AI agents for automating DevOps and SRE tasks. Develop intelligent agents for automating database operations. Ensure the reliability and quality of automation systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive automation initiatives. Requirements 8+ years of professional software engineering experience. 2+ years in a people management or technical leadership role. Strong background in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Aliyun. Hands-on experience with SRE practices and operational runbooks. Proficiency in backend programming languages like Python, Go, Java, or Kotlin. Experience with AI/ML technologies or LLM-based systems. Solid understanding of database systems and DBA operations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
