Farnsworth Group is seeking a technically focused Sr. Engineering Manager in the posting locations below. In this role, you will provide engineering, staff support, and QC/QA services for transportation roadway and street projects. Services are for local, statewide, and nationwide clients in the support of multiple planning and design projects. Posting Locations for this role: Frisco, TX What You’ll Do: * Engineer, support, and provide QC/QA for projects related to transportation planning and design * Develop and mentor staff * Collaborate with other disciplines * Develop and maintain Client Relations * Establish and maintain budgets and schedules * Work in partnership with leadership and other team members throughout the Transportation Group and Company What You’ll Need: * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Civil Engineering program * 15+ years of transportation experience with diverse project experience * Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) * Experience working on and with DOT, County, and Local Agency projects * Proven leadership skills with engineering staff * Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary environment * Ability to effectively manage clients and deliver successful projects * Ability to contribute to several projects simultaneously * Working experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of MicroStation, CONNECT, and ORD.
