What you’ll do

• Lead inspections and surveys, including energy audits, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, and environmental compliance.
• Supervise technical operations, including system air balancing reports, boiler, chiller, and cooling tower performance testing.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance and engineering procedures, hazardous materials plans, and indoor air quality programs.
• Ensure compliance with life safety programs, domestic water quality control, and environmental safety standards.
• Craft and manage construction projects, including HVAC system comparisons and start-up monitoring.
• Assist with due diligence and evaluations for potential acquisitions or development projects.
• Recommend building automation, energy management, and temperature control systems.
• Conduct value-engineering studies and evaluate contractor qualifications.
• Provide formal supervision, mentor team members, and model what we value
