Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE - YOU WILL:

  • Set up and maintain control specifications for machine key process output variables (kPOVs).
  • Implement and test trigger logic to detect abnormal machine behavior accurately.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to deploy and sustain trigger projects within the factory system.
  • Support database management using MySQL and PostgreSQL for process monitoring and reporting.
  • Utilize basic programming tools like Python to assist with trigger logic and data analysis.
  • Review trigger results with process owners to refine thresholds and reduce false alarms.
