• Develop test specifications, methods and procedures from drawings, standard work, and diagrams.
• Assist in preparing technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions to technical problems.
• Calibrates, improves, and performs maintenance on test equipment.
• Reading and interpreting wire diagrams for environmental chambers.
• Repair chambers/vibe tables, temperature cycling, thermal shock, salt fog, humidity test.
• Use data acquisition software, including LabVIEW, for real-time data analysis.
• Design and development of test setups and fixtures to optimize testing procedures and ensure accuracy.
• May act as a team leader of a small group of test technicians within their own functional area.
• Maintain required certifications.
• Recommend 6S improvements
