We are looking for a motivated, organized self-starter to join as a Principal Program Manager for the Global Job Rotations Expansion Strategy and Global Ergonomics Partnerships. In this role you will provide technical expertise by applying a variety of scientific techniques, standardized assessments and problem-solving skills to drive innovative solutions for musculoskeletal disorders and optimize performance.The Principal Program Manager will be part of the global ergonomics team to foster a global ergonomics partnership and support job rotations for associates across the globe. This Principal Program Manager will be accountable for multiple VP and Director goals, and will need to work closely with senior leaders in the WHS as well as key partner organizations (e.g., Operations, ACES, AFT, Finance, Legal and Procurement) to ensure success. The Principal Program Manager will own job rotations, partnership programs and mechanisms used by operations teams. The Principal Program Manager will help own and launch Job Rotations for safety in multiple BUs across the globe. • Experience working with the Staffing Command Center Tool or alternate labor management tools
• Knowledge and skill applying predetermined motion time systems including but not limited to: MTM, MOST, MODAPTS or equivalent.
• Knowledge and skill with CAD applications is advantageous.
• Master’s degree in ergonomics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering or related fields with a strong emphasis in physical ergonomics/occupational biomechanics.
• Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) through the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (CIEHF), Centre for Registration of European Ergonomists (CREE) or other International Ergonomics Association (IEA) affiliated bodies.
