JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction estimating and project management, with a strong ability to negotiate and build relationships with clients and subcontractors. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate pricing and cost management for various construction projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in pricing and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing and terms.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing strategies.
• Provide support during the bidding process by answering questions from clients or stakeholders.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company standards.
