Company Description The Sr. Events & Experiences Analyst LATAM is responsible for designing, planning, and executing Mattel's regional events and brand experiences across Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. The role ensures that every event reinforces Mattel's positioning as a leader in the toy and children's entertainment industry. Acting as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners, the analyst delivers operational excellence and stakeholder engagement. The position is accountable for optimizing budgets, maximizing ROI, and ensuring culturally relevant, high-impact experiences across LATAM. Job Description Strategic event planning: Define and coordinate the regional event calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives, marketing campaigns, product launches, activations, and institutional commitments. End-to-end project management: Lead the execution of more than five monthly events (in-person, hybrid, and digital), from concept development through post-event evaluation, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, quality, and budget. Development of differentiated experiences: Design creative brand experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and positive brand recall among consumers, customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. Budget and vendor management: Manage event budgets, negotiating with vendors and agencies to optimize costs, quality, and efficiency. Ensure contract compliance in coordination with Legal and Procurement. Stakeholder coordination: Align event execution with Marketing, Trade, Retail, E-commerce, HR, Finance, and Communications to ensure brand consistency and achievement of objectives. Operational supervision: Coordinate on-site logistics (setup, technical checks, permits, security, staging, catering, transportation, staff) and resolve real-time contingencies during execution. Corporate and institutional events: Support high-visibility events such as top management visits, Formula 1 in Mexico and Brazil, corporate celebrations, store checks, shareholder meetings, and year-end events. Digital experience management: Implement technology tools and hybrid event platforms (e.g., Cvent), while supporting with graphic design (Canva, Illustrator) and audiovisual content editing. Compliance and sustainability: Ensure events comply with local regulations, corporate compliance policies, and sustainability standards, promoting eco-friendly initiatives (waste reduction, recyclable materials, responsible suppliers). Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Event Production, or a related field. Non-Graduate Additional studies in Event Management, Customer Experience, Project Management, Audiovisual Production, or Experiential Marketing Innovation are desirable. Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate events for multinational companies or global agencies. Proven experience managing budgets exceeding USD 100,000. Background in large-scale events (trade shows, product launches, large activations, hybrid/digital events). Track record coordinating cross-functional teams and working in regional or multicultural environments. Experience negotiating with creative agencies, venues, production companies, audiovisual providers, and catering suppliers. Languages: Native Spanish; Advanced English (C1). Tools: Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, video editing, digital event platforms (Cvent or similar). Management: Project planning and control, budget management, comprehensive logistics coordination. Creativity: Conceptualization of innovative and differentiated experiences. Interpersonal: Clear and persuasive communication, negotiation skills, multicultural relationship management, stakeholder engagement.
