Jordan Health is seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant to the President & CEO to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President, and also serving as a liaison to the board of directors and staff. The Sr. Executive Assistant to President& CEO will ensure that: The CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization is facilitated The complex schedule of the CEO is followed and respected There is efficient communication between the President & CEO’s office and internal departments There is efficient communication between the President & CEO’s office and the Board of Directors The CEO is well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities Contacts made by the CEO are cultivated into ongoing relationships Communications related to partnerships and outreaches are timely and accurate Requirements A bachelor’s education and strong work tenure; 10+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a non-profit organization or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience and interest in internal and external communications Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms Bi-Lingual/Spanish is not required but desirable
Responsibilities
The Senior Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties regarding the President & CEO's office, while also acting as a liaison to the board of directors and staff. Key duties include facilitating the CEO's effective leadership, managing the complex schedule, ensuring efficient communication flow, and keeping the CEO informed of commitments.
