  • You’ll build your career in a high-visibility role with progression opportunities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the CSCO’s calendar in Outlook & Teams, protecting focus time and driving discipline around agendas and outcomes.
  • Provide daily administrative support to select Executives (VP+) on the Global Supply Chain team.
  • Plan and execute quarterly Global Supply Chain Town Halls: venues, AV, catering, speakers, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Support preparation of presentation materials for leadership meetings—draft communications, crafting PowerPoint decks, capturing action items, and keeping momentum high.
  • Build trusted partnerships with EA community to navigate complex schedules, secure approvals, and smooth out conflicts.
  • Coordinate world-class travel: multi-leg international itineraries, visas, lodging, ground transport—so every trip feels seamless.
  • Manage confidential files, expense reporting, and office logistics (supplies, equipment, onboarding) with absolute discretion.
  • Drive proactive communications in Teams, OneNote and Loop— helping to ensure teammates aligned on goals, policies, and pulse checks.
