Good understanding on the funcitonal process.  Good Analytical and process improvement skills.  Audit of unit and suggest enhancement in deliver.  Experience in Process improvement & automation. Timely completion of activities to ensure customer grievance redressal are withing the timeline (TAT) prescribed.  All regulatory requirments are adhered. Implementing process changes, support new product launches with complete understanding.   Quality reporting and billing on reimbursements, plough back processing  (receivable/payable) as per vendor agreements are adhered.  Contribution on TAT and process improvement.
