· Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for the HR consultancy and tech solutions business.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market, targeting mid-to-large scale organizations, government entities, and startups.
· Build strong relationships with prospective clients, maintaining consistent communication and developing tailored proposals to meet their specific needs.
· Drive sales through cold outreach, networking, and attending relevant industry events and conferences.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create content, presentations, and promotional materials that resonate with potential clients.
· Provide client solutions by identifying their HR and technology challenges and working with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
· Lead negotiations and closing of deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and terms.
· Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine business development strategies.
· Work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., Recruitment, Operations, Technology) to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
· Track and report on sales performance, including maintaining a strong pipeline of leads, opportunities, and closed deals.
· Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
· Participate in key strategic decision-making for the growth and development of the company.
