Your tasks

• Accountable as Infrastructure Manager for running the Windows Compute service with an end to end responsibility in the ongoing contracts with service providers.
• In charge with implementation and daily execution of ITSM processes regarding the service in accountability.
• Trains and develops internal Infra Managers to ensure optimal operations.
• Manages external resources, managed service partners and vendors to deliver the service within the expected quality and contractually defined SLA
• Ensures that the overall level of service capacity and availability matches or exceeds the current and future agreed needs of the business and IT stakeholders and if required accounts for reflecting changes into the contracts with external providers
• Delivers service descriptions for landscapes with high complexity and documentation for multiple infrastructure service under responsibility and ensures that upgrades, technology changes and forecasted capacities are budgeted, planned and implemented in alignment with the overall IT Strategy
• Ensures operation of the demand management process especially for highly complex requests by ensuring that customer requirements are correctly translated into realistic capacity and availability goals
• Ensures a fit for purpose service and strives for continous improvements and highest security, while also collaborating closely with the (security) design departments as part of change processes related to the highly complex services under responsibility

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree: IT/ Cybernetics / Economical Informatics
• Relevant professional experience: > 7 years
• Advanced service management skills and experience with understanding of IT infrastructure technology
• Advanced knowledge in implementing and maintaining services / processes in the compute area such as Windows Servers and DHCP and Email Archive systems
• Has advanced understanding of IT service and contract management in order to ensure financial administration and contribute to optimization
• Is advanced in customer relationships management for the purpose of acting as single point of contact for the service under responsibility
• Is fluent in English
• Has the ability to handle stressfull situation (e.g. service outages); to understand and follow defined standard processes
