As a Sr Facilities Management Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Honeywell’s facilities. You are responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of all physical assets, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing cost-effective maintenance strategies, and optimizing facility performance. You will provide strategic leadership, develop and execute plans to enhance facility operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align facilities management with business objectives. In this role, you will optimize facility resources, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Your strong communication and collaboration skills will enable you to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that facility needs are met and aligning facility management strategies with business objectives.
