This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Fusion FAH Analyst - REMOTE. In this role, you will be integral to managing and supporting financial accounting processes within the Oracle Fusion Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). Your expertise will ensure accurate accounting, compliance with financial standards, and seamless integration across systems. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you will help maintain accounting rules, troubleshoot issues, and support critical financial close activities, making a significant impact on the organization. \n Accountabilities Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion FAH accounting rules, journal line types, and event classes. Support integration between source systems, sub-ledgers, FAH, and General Ledger. Monitor accounting flows and resolve accounting and reconciliation issues. Ensure accurate posting of accounting entries in compliance with IFRS / GAAP. Support period-end and year-end close processes. Perform reconciliations between source systems and GL. Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements. Assist in audit support and documentation. Identify and mitigate accounting and system risks. Work with finance, business users, and IT teams to gather requirements. Provide functional guidance and user support. Assist in testing (SIT/UAT) for enhancements and system changes. Support financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis. Investigate and explain accounting variances. Maintain documentation for accounting rules and processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting or ERP systems. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion FAH (strongly preferred). Experience with GL, SLA, and sub-ledger accounting. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (FAH, GL, SLA). Familiarity with accounting standards (IFRS / US GAAP). Strong Excel and data analysis skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
