Responsibilities
  • Craft and Deliver Communications: Partner with the Field Enablement team, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging communications reach the sales team. This includes announcements, updates, and insights related to new product rollouts, processes, tools, and initiatives.
  • Develop Clear, Impactful Content: Produce high-quality sales content using various communication formats such as written materials, podcasts, training videos, newsletters, and interactive guides. Ensure all content is articulate, concise, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Facilitate Feedback and Collaboration: Gather insights and requirements from Sales and non-Sales stakeholders, maintaining an open feedback loop to optimize messaging and content governance.
  • Align Communications with Sales Strategy: Ensure all messaging supports the sales cycle, enhances sales readiness, and clearly articulates business impact, especially during key campaigns such as global solution migrations.
  • Manage Communication Channels: Collaborate closely with the global sales team and other functions to keep the global calendar of communications updated, prioritizing initiatives based on sales capacity and relevance.
  • Support Strategic Projects: Assist in designing user-friendly guides, creating targeted messaging, and optimizing communication processes through ongoing collaboration and feedback collection.
